Mermaid birthday banner

We are so excited to introduce our new completely custom created Mermaid!! We were using one from a cartridge before and have recently decided we want our items to be one of a kind!

Everything else stayed the same: Hot pink scallops, light pink polka dot patterned paper, lettered shadowed and popped off. A shell for the age. However, like always, colors are completely customizable! You can give us ANY colors for ANY of our themes!
