Dr. Seuss birthday banner- lorax, red fish, thing one, thing two and cat in the hat

 Our original dr. Seuss banner has a sibling now!! :) I don't want to say a 'face lift' because we still offer our 'cat in the hat' inspired banner, but this is a more all encompassing banner!

We now offer the lorax and red fish in addition to the cat's hat and Thing 1 and Thing 2!

 

The age is now popped off the cat's hat instead if off of a scallop!

 

And the 3D blocks to pop the letters off and finished off with lots of adorable ribbon!

Friday Feel the love- Cat in the Hat party

Mindy is throwing her child a Dr. Seuss party!

 

She is a pintrest fanatic and DIYer so she asked us for 16 of these double sided hats so that she could make her own centerpieces!

 

So we did just that! :) We are so flexible, if you have a request, just ask! We will do our best to accommodate you!

I am in LOVE with this Dr. Seuss/ Thing 1 & Thing 2 inspired welcome sign!

 

The words are popped off with 3D blocks

And feature thing 1 and thing 2 for our twins in Florida! :)

Dr. Seuss Banner

Now I know we have already raved over one of our newest banners: Dr. Seuss! But we like to show you alterations we have done due to people asking us to customize it a little bit!

 

So this person asked for red letters instead of teal letters:

 

 

 

The detail in this banner is pretty insane! The hat and Thing 1 & 2 are amazingly done!

All hand cut, not printed!

 

 

 

All tied together with red and white tulle and ribbon! So cute!!

A little Dr. Seuss magic

A good friend of mine has a  daughter named Alaina who is turning 4 years old! Her mama, Julie is a SUPER planner for her daughter's annual birthday bash! She starts planning over a YEAR in advance! So last year around this time, she told me she was doing a Dr. Seuss theme and my gears started turning.

Well, Alaina's party is in October, so I figured I would take advantage of some extra guilt free crafting time I had because the hubs was away on business for the week. :) Besides, I had season 4 of Gilmore girls on DVD from Netflix to get through! I know, I know, I'm like 10 years behind.....

ANYWAY, here is the Dr. Seuss/ Cat in the Hat inspired birthday banner we came up with!

We created a die cut hat from scratch! Most of the other hand made banners I have seen with a Dr. Seuss theme are either print outs, or they bought printed versions at Micheals to use. These are different. :) These have so much detail I can't be more proud of how it turned out!



And we have Thing 1 and Thing 2 in between the birthday year. :)

The letters are popped off with 3D foam squares for a deep look and we alternated red and white tulle to tie off the whole banner!
