The big day is FINALLY here! Rachel safely delivered her second child, a beautiful baby girl, Olivia Mae!

farm animal centerpiece!

We had a mama ask for JUST skewers for a centerpiece she was putting together for her little one's birthday. She is going to be compiling the centerpieces, but just wanted something to add the finishing touch to her decorations.

 

She is doing a barn animal theme and asked for 30 DOUBLE SIDED items!

 

A cow, a pig, a chick, a horse, a barn and a personalized cowboy!

elmo invations- a colorful party!

We recently did some invitations for Scott who is turning 1! His mother wanted all different colors and patterns to be incorporated. We usually have all of the invitations match, but we are always up for trying something new! :)

Zebra Minnie Mouse Banner

We have done plenty of Minnie Mouse Banners in the past, but this one was a little different than our normal hot pink one because Jessica ONLY wanted zebra. Usually we use all different black and white patterened papers. But when you are having a zebra and hot pink Minnie Mouse first birthday, this is what you MUST have to complete the look!

We tied it with our usual hot pink and black zebra print ribbon and white tulle!

We accented the age a little more by putting it on a black scallop instead of another hot pink one.

And of course the Minnie sillouttes have zebra print bows!

Butterfly Thnk You Notes

We created these thank you notes based off a color scheme we were working with for a butterfly party! The mint really makes the pink and yellow pop!

The "E" personalizes the thank you note much more than just a "thanks"!

These little lady bugs are so stinkin' cute!!!

We have a whole party theme based around them!

Here are the favor tags! They can be as is and attach to candy or a gift, or we can attach them to a  favor bag so you can put cookies or whatever fun items you can think of!

Bubble Banner- purples & mint!

we recently did a bubble party for someone who wanted all purple with an accent of mint green! :)

We had a custom order this week from someone who liked our butterfly baby shower banner but wanted some changes: Umbrellas instead of butterflies and flowers and the colors: pink, white, and chocolate brown!

We alternated the umbrella colors too!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!!

Earlier this week we showed you three heart crafts to do with toddlers. Here is a more detailed description of one of the heart crafts we talked about!

 

We used our cricut to cut hearts!

We bought red pom poms and some little heart cut outs at Michaels.

Add some glue and let the kiddies go to town!

Once they are finished you add fishing wire to the back and hang in the window for all to see!

We did a farm birthday theme awhile ago and cupcake toppers were one of the items she wanted!

We did a cow, pig and horse since she didn't want any age or initial on them!

They could also be used without the sticks for favor tags! Attach them to any favor bags and you are good to go!

Bubble Party

We did a bubble party recently, but with a new color scheme! Here is the whole package put together!

Thank you cards were done with three different shades of purple and a popped off "Thanks!" shadowed in mint green!

The hanging decorations were her age and name with some buble accent on the ones!

The banner, which read: Happy 1st birthday Samantha!

The centerpiece, including a one, s, her name, a bubble want and a big bubble with "happy birthday" on it!

Last, a high chair banner for when she eats her smash cake!

 

What a great party it's going to be!

Toy Story Birthday Banner

We recently had a great returning customer ask us if we could do a Toy Story birthday party for her son Reins....of course we said YES! Here is the banner we did:

She wanted primary colors and the lime green was used to tie in some of the colors from the movie. So the letters are lime shadowed in royal blue and popped off the star paper and all on lime green hanging flags! 

 

We used Buzz on the ends of happy 3rd birthday!

The alien was used on the ends of his name

Buzz's flight symbol was used for the "3rd"! It's all tied together with silver ribbon.

Crafts with Toddlers!

It's almost Valentine's Day!
 

So I have some heart crafts to show you! I hope you liked them, the kids loved doing them!

 

 

1:

The first one is pretty simple. I just had my son paint on regular paper. Then I cut out a silver heart and trimmed down his painting to fit behind the heart! When you put it in the window the light shines through a little and looks really nice!

 

2:

This "stain glass" heart we did in our play group with all six kids! It is VERY easy as well. Just rip or cut some tissue into small pieces. Then get some clear contact paper. We cut ours into 6 inch thich pieces. Unwrap HALF of the contact paper and let them put the tissue paper on it. Then unwrap the other half and fold it over. Cut into a heart! Add a hole and some ribbon for hanging and TADA!

 

3:

This last one was done with paper hearts, red pom poms, and some glittery hearts I found on sale at Michaels! I just cut some hearts out. and then let the kiddies glue the poms and hearts down!

Minnie Thank You Notes

We made some super cute thank you notes for a Zebra Minnie Mouse party we recently created. They have a zebra print "Thanks" and bow with hot pink cardstock.

 

The "Thanks" is popped of the page!

Who wouldn't love to get this in the mail?!?
