Yo! Avery's one! And he is going to have one super awesome looking party, thanks to his mama who planned way ahead!! :)

 

Here are the super custom invites we made for her!

 

She asked for a boombox design, so we did just that!

We used a shimmer silver to make it look even more like an old school boom box. Plus Avery's mama loves some shimmer!

The keys open up to reveal the event information inside!

We have added new colors to our mermaid party!

 

 

We made the mermaid shell and fin different colors! All can be customized to any you want!

Ye Haw Yall!

A new Banner! We are really excited about this one! It is a more adult banner. It was made for a 30th birthday! "Happy dirty 30!"

 

 

 

 

 

We used cowboy hats for the banner. Letters are red with white shadow. A cowboy boot, and horses are used for the spaces and ends! We tied it all together with real twine!

 

 

Paper shimmers to add a little more color to it!

 

It was fun to do a new theme and one that could be used for adults too!! :)

I am in LOVE with this Dr. Seuss/ Thing 1 & Thing 2 inspired welcome sign!

 

The words are popped off with 3D blocks

And feature thing 1 and thing 2 for our twins in Florida! :)

Fun with Paint!

It's been pretty cold out so we need to find things to do INSIDE! I got an extra large pad of paper and some finger paints to do an art project! My son was very uneasy at first! He didn't want his hands dirty (the same boy who plays in the mud for hours...)

but I quickly learned that if I pour a little paint right on the paper and show him how to smudge it around, he liked that! So that is how we came up with this!

 

There were a few blogs of paint left over and wanted it to dry rather quickly, so I took a crumpled paper towel and blotted the paint across the entire page.

It's a........

We had our ultrasound this week and foudn out the sex of our baby!!! As you know, I have a beautiful one and a half year old boy who is the highlight of my life! My husband and I only wanted a healthy, happy baby, the sex could have gone either way. Another boy would be great for my son to have a brother, but what mother doesn't want a little mini??? So.... the results are in and:

 

(of course I had to cut something...saying it just isn't enough!)

 

So we are expecting a little baby girl at the end of February! Now it's time to start decorating and shopping!!! The room is already a pale yellow so I think I'm going to do pale yellow and white lace or white ruffles. My mom may be making the curtian and bed skirt so I will keep you posted!

Friday feel the love! Mickey & Minnie love that is!

Veggie tales Welcome Sign

Adding to our Veggie tales recent creation for little Kennedy's 1st birthday......

Kennedy's mama orgiinally wanted the sign to say "Kennedy's 1st birthday party", but we recommended doing just "Kennedy" so that she could also use it for her bedroom door or in her playroom and she did just that! :)

 



Our own hand created "Bob" and "Larry" are popped off with a 3D block and then Kennedy is DOUBLE popped for a multi-dimensional look for the sign!

Whew!! Not sure about where you live, but here in Philly it has gotten COLD! What happened to fall? It went from scorching hot to super chilly! I want my 70 degree weather!!!!

 

Well, it gets us to thinking of the upcoming holidays, which brings us to.....

The scarf is a shimmer blue but can be any color you want!

Cutest Idea EVER!

We were asked for make fishbowls for favor bags. The idea was to put goldfish in the bowl....

 

 

Here is what we made! All you do is saran wrap some goldfish and tape them to the back!

 

Swedish Fish could also be added!

Cat In The Hat Centerpiece

We recently did a Dr. Seuss party for a pair of twins! Noah and Alina!! And Thing 1/Thing 2 was the main theme so we took it and ran with it! :)

 

Here is our mini centerpiece:

 

 

 

We included both he children's initials, but can do the initial and age instead if it is for one child. :) Also included is our super detailed cat in the hat and a "Happy  Birthday"

 



 

Since this was a Thing1/ Thing 2 theme, we popped a shadow of the the little guys off the initial.

Sunday link of Support- The Little Gym!

We have recently enrolled the kiddos into gymnastics class!! They have SUCH a great time! :)

Here is a video from the last class they took together! :)

We have tried a few similar gyms, but this one was our FAVORITE! In fact, two other little girls from our play groups are in the class too! :) They sure love learning and exploring together!

I wanted to also start Natalie in something where she knew she wasn't the center of the universe (all of the time.... ) hahaha! She needed to learn that sometimes it is someone else's turn and to learn the the overall structure of a class since I am home with her all day and she hasn't been exposed to that yet. I'm happy to say she is adjusting quite well! :)

We did a mermaid centerpiece for a baby shower recently and the baby girl's name is going to be Kiki!

Mickey Birthday Package

We recently put together a Mickey package for a little boy who is turning 2!

 

 

We put together hanging decorations to match the papers used in our Mickey banner that we put together for him!

Cupcake toppers too! This one was all Mickey and also featured the personalized Mickey silhouettes!

And our newest item: A Mickey Mini Centerpiece!!!! :)

This one is so cute!! Includes a Mickey head, the child's initial and age with Mickey silhouettes and a 'Happy Birthday'!

Mickey Halloween Banner

So a totally awesome mom is taking her son to Disney for his birthday this month!

She loved our mickey banner but asked for a Halloween twist! Here's what we came up with:

She asked us to include hints of lime green and purple so we added it into the already fun glitter orange and black and white spider ribbon!

This banner can also be altered to have pumpkins and ghosts in it instead of Mickey heads!

Veggietales Hanging Decorations

We did some adorable Veggie tales inspired hanging decorations for little miss Kennedy who is turning 1!

Such cute hanging 1's! She is doing a primary color party so we did one of each color featuring our super cute hand crafted Bob and Larry inspired charachters popped off with a 3D block!

And we used the same paper from the banner so that the decorations would match seamlessly! :) Primary color stars, a green and white gingham and red and white polkadots!
