Sunday link of support- A family shout out!

Hi Readers!
Here is a website that is near and dear to my heart: www.skhquest.com or www.Stephenkhayes.com

An-shu Stephen Kinryu-Jien Hayes (AKA my papa!)

We teach adventure based leadership through the martial arts. Working and learning with our family business really made me who I am today! It gave me the confidence to know I could do anything I set my mind to. Working and growing up with a family business I also learned the importance of excellent customer service and the value of hard work and dedication!

Here is a little trip down memory lane! :) My parents came to my preschool to do a demonstration
I grew up training with my parents in the Dojo and eventually earned my third degree black belt when I was in college.

On to the next generation! Here is Natalie at her first Ninja Festival (our 31st annual!) when she was 10 months old. She is wearing the silk gi I used to wear when I was her age! :) Behind her is a bo staff, she was playing with it right before she crawled away. Or as I like to say, she was having her first bo lesson! :)

Here is a family shot! My parents, sister and I were always together training in the dojo growing up and it is always so fun to put on our gis together and train again! :) Especially now that we have a 3rd generation to train!

Here is some more information! Check it out! :)
