It is always an upgrade!

A client in New Jersey recently ordered our Elmo three tier welcome sign for her son's 2nd birthday party.

Unfornately, we were out of the white ribbon used and we were unable to replace it. This is a great example of our note in our Etsy shop that "please note that each item we make is handcrafted for our customers so ribbon and patterned paper may vary slightly based on availability."        

This was good news for our client though! We upgraded her sign (with no additional cost to her of course!) to this adorable red and white polkda dot wired ribbon!

Sometimes we need to adjust the item that a customer purchases from our etsy shop. Either because the materials are no longer available or because we have been wanting to update and upgrade an item, but haven't had a chance to yet. So when we get the opportunity to do it, we take it! :)
